Option 1 is attractive because it does not require the applicant to satisfy a residency requirement, purchase Eligible Real Estate, or maintain an eligible investment scheme as a condition of citizenship under that pathway.

For globally mobile families, entrepreneurs, and family offices that value certainty, simplicity, and speed of structure, Option 1 offers the most straightforward Atlantis citizenship route.

Option 2: The Eligible Real Estate Pathway

Option 2 is designed for applicants who want Atlantis citizenship linked to real property and long-term physical presence in the Dominion's development story.

Under Option 2, a qualified principal applicant may obtain permanent residency through the purchase of Eligible Real Estate within the Dominion. Citizenship may then be conferred after payment of a $400,000 flat citizenship fee per Passport Package at the time of the naturalization application, together with full due diligence, financial relocation, good-behavior, national-security, and approval requirements.

Citizenship under Option 2 remains tied to the applicant's continued ownership of Eligible Real Estate until the property requirement is untethered pursuant to law. The framework permits replacement property if the original Eligible Real Estate is sold or transferred, provided the applicant acquires approved replacement Eligible Real Estate in the required manner.

After 20 years of citizenship and good behavior, the Eligible Real Estate requirement may be untethered from passport and citizenship status pursuant to law.

Option 2 is ideal for candidates seeking to align citizenship with ownership of land, residence, or development property in Atlantis.

Best suited for: Real estate investors, founders seeking a physical Atlantis base, families seeking a legacy residence, hospitality and development investors, and applicants who want citizenship connected to tangible property.

Option 3: The Eligible Investment Pathway

Option 3 is intended for applicants who want to participate in the growth of Atlantis through approved investment channels.

Under Option 3, a principal applicant must invest not less than $2,500,000 in an eligible investment scheme within the Dominion approved pursuant to law. The qualifying investment may support permanent residency, and citizenship may then be conferred after payment of a $400,000 flat citizenship fee per Passport Package at the time of naturalization, subject to due diligence, lawful-funds verification, source-of-wealth review, sanctions screening, national-security review, financial-integrity review, good behavior, and final approval.

Citizenship under Option 3 remains tied to the applicant's continued ownership, maintenance, or lawful participation in the eligible investment scheme until untethered pursuant to law. Replacement eligible investments may be approved where an applicant sells, redeems, liquidates, restructures, or otherwise unwinds the original investment.

After 20 years of citizenship and good behavior, the eligible-investment requirement may be untethered from passport and citizenship status pursuant to law.

Option 3 is ideal for investors who want their citizenship to be connected with the economic development of the Dominion.

Family Inclusion

A Passport Package may include the principal applicant and up to five qualifying immediate family members at the time of application.

Eligible immediate family includes the spouse and children of the principal applicant, the principal applicant's parents, and the spouse's parents.

Additional qualifying immediate relatives may be added after the five-family-member limit upon payment of $50,000 per additional immediate family member, subject to due diligence, eligibility review, and approval.

Extended family members are not eligible for inclusion in a Passport Package. Siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends, distant relatives, and other persons outside the legal definition of immediate family must apply through separate lawful pathways if eligible.
