The Dominion of Atlantis Codifies Cosmic Neutrality for the Space Age

The Dominion of Atlantis has codified the Cosmic Neutrality Act within Title 22 of the Lex Maris Dominion Code (LMDC), together with the Cosmic Neutrality Implementation Manual - CNIM-2026.
